TERMS: Occupancy must not exceed the number listed on the confirmation or you may be evicted. Excessive noise will result in loss of deposit and or eviction. No refunds issued for evictions.

 

CANCELLATION  POLICY:  Cancellations made two (2) or more weeks prior to scheduled arrival will be charged $100.00 or 20%, whichever is more; for cancellations made thirteen (13) to six (6) days prior to scheduled arrival, the Security Deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation is made in less than six (6) days prior to scheduled arrival, all rental monies, excluding Security Deposit and cleaning fee will be forfeited. OCEAN FRONT CONDOS IN MEXICO understands that “a special circumstance” may arise such as a death in the family or other emergency situations. In the event of an unforeseen circumstance please contact us at the numbers, email etc. provided and we will review each special circumstance case by case.

RESERVATIONSAll rates and fees are quoted in US Dollars. Once we have received your deposit or full payment, your rate is secure and 100% Guaranteed!  The initial security deposit must be received within five (5) days of booking if you don't pay by credit card. 

 

Short Notice Reservations: Reservations made less than fourteen (14) days from the arrival date must pay by credit card, or payments can be deposited directly to Ocean Front Condos in Mexico at any Washington Mutual branch account number  , 1000354570.

 

Balance of Final Payment Policy: Balance of Payment is to be made to Ocean Front Condos in Mexico and is due two (2) weeks prior to arrival--four (4) weeks prior to holidays. Please send payments to Ocean Front Condos in Mexico Mailing Address, P.O. Box 87347, Phoenix, AZ 85080, or payments may be made directly to Ocean Front Condos in Mexico Account 1000354570 at any Washington Mutual Bank in Arizona. Please fax a copy of the receipt with your name to 775-924-8245. Short Notice Reservation payments must be deposited directly to the above Washington Mutual account and a copy of the deposit receipt needs to be faxed to 775-924-8245. Returned checks will be charged a $25.00 fee.

WE  PROVIDE:  We provide you with written information through email or fax:

 

·          Details of All reservations you have received including room description, amenities, maps and pertinent travel information, and information about Rocky Point etc.  

·          The total price and whether or not it includes Mexican taxes or any additional fee that may be required.

·          A confirmation number and or the name of the reservation person at the condo

·          We confirm date of arrival and departure

·          Numbers and contact information if you have last minute changes, problems, complaints or special circumstances have occurred.

·         At every step, we work in partnership with you to give you the information you need to travel confidently. We are dedicated to helping make your vacation and rental from us an pleasurable experience – “ We create magical memories”

 

REFUND POLICY: There is no provision for a refund after your departure.  In the event you have a complaint or problem with your accommodations contact the front desk or property manager right away or call our office – 623-582-2600 or e-mail us at: sales@oceanfrontcondosinmexico.com.  Usually, you will get immediate satisfaction. If you have a complaint that we can help you with, we want to do everything in our power to correct it., as your business is very important to us. However, you must know that you can't use the services of your rental and then ask for your money back.  In all circumstances we know that your business and loyalty is what really matters. We know that we must provide the best properties and service; at the best possible price, to earn your trust. And we also know that your satisfaction and support are essential to our business - without you, there is no "us" so we will do everything and anything we can to make your stay pleasurable and your dealing with OCEAN FRONT CONDOS IN MEXICO a totally enjoyable experience.

Any refunds due to you will be made as soon as possible and no later than 10 working – business - days after receipt of cancellation notice. If originally you paid by credit card, then any refunds due (see cancellation policy) will be credited back to the same card as the initial deposit or payments was made on. All other refunds will be made by company check.

 

RULES AND REGULATIONS:  The condo you have rented is privately owned and the owner id sharing is with you. Please take care of it as though it were your own (or better). We are confident that you will abide by these rules and regulations, and that your stay here will be most pleasurable. All rules and regulations are strictly enforced and violators will be held accountable; including, but not limited to, arrest by the authorities, eviction from the premises and or forfeiture of all money paid. All times in these rules and regulations are local Puerto Penasco time.

 

·          Key pick-up… Look for the entrance of the condo and go to the front desk where you will be checked in, given keys to your rental and will be required to sign in. You will also be asked for an imprint of the credit card that your reservation was made on at this time. Signing the registration card indicates your acceptance of all terms, conditions and policies of this rental agreement.

·          No additional persons are allowed to stay in the condo than confirmed on the reservation

·          No pets – No renter may have pets of any kind/type/breed at the condo. If a pet is discovered in your condo or resort, Eviction will be immediate and no refunds will be given (including the security deposit).

·          Please do not move or rearrange the furniture. Do not take dishes, bed linens or towels in your unit to the beach or another unit – these items belong to the owner of the condo in which you are staying in no the condo you are visiting. Everything is on inventory and anything damaged, broken, missing or lost will be charged to you. Please report any noticeable damages immediately upon check-in.

·          All condos have maid service – Our maid service provides clean towels daily. If cleaning supplies, toilet paper and water are in need of replacement, they will be restocked. We will also empty the trash for you. Maid service does not include making the beds or washing dishes. Beach/ Pool towels, paper towels, coffee and filters are not provided.

·          ATV’s, fireworks and firearms are prohibited on the beach. Use of fireworks in the condos or on condo property could result in immediate eviction. Camping is not allowed on the property. No glass containers or glasses are allowed at the pool or on the beach.

·          Please abide by any notices posted in or on the premises of your rental condo and on the property. Pool/ Jacuzzi hours are 9:00am to 9:45 pm. Pool/beach towels are prohibited from hanging from the patio railings. One Jacuzzi is designated for families – the other is designated for adults (12 years and older).

·          BBQ grills are NOT allowed in the rental unit, on the patio or in the hallways.

·          Complaints from neighbors may cause forfeiture of your deposit and possible eviction.

·          Please put only toilet paper in toilets, nothing else PLEASE

·          Please do not leave the air/heat on and the doors open – electricity is very expensive in Rocky Point. Should you not have water, check the hot water heater switch in the laundry area of your condo.

·          There is a $10.00 lost or non-returned keys. Make sure all keys are returned at check-out

·          There is a three or four (3 or 4) night minimum stay on holidays and spring break.

·          Returned checks will be charged a $25.00

·          Before your departure, please: Wash the dishes and put them away. Put trash in the proper containers. Turn off the air conditioner/ furnace, fans, lights, coffeepot, etc. Please leave the refrigerator control at medium. Close the windows and doors and make sure they are locked.

AS A CLIENT OF OCEAN FRONT CONDOS IN MEXICO - I understand that OCEAN FRONT CONDOS IN MEXICO portrays the properties as they are to the best of their ability and that OCEAN FRONT CONDOS IN MEXICO has no responsibility for changes in the rental properties or problems arising there from. OCEAN FRONT CONDOS is not liable for any injuries, accidents, theft or misfortune that may occur during my stay. MEXICAN AUTO INSURANCE- FOR YOUR PROTECTION!
I understand that if I am driving in
Mexico during my stay I am urged to take out adequate Mexican insurance coverage. Mexican laws are extremely different from the United States and Canada. In Mexico if you are involved in an auto accident you must have immediate means to respond to damages or injuries you may be responsible. In Mexico this translates to payment in form of either cash or a Mexican Insurance Policy. Several sources for Mexican auto insurance are suggested on our website under Mexican Insurance for your consideration and convince.

I understand that in the event of becoming ill during our vacation, or having to cut our vacation short, all hospital and medical expenses are my responsibility and I shall not be entitled to any refund either total or partial. I accept that OCEAN FRONT CONDOS IN MEXICO and its employees are not responsible for, nor will I attempt to hold OCEAN FRONT CONDOS IN MEXICO liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment, of any nature or kind whatsoever resulting from events beyond OCEAN FRONT CONDOS IN MEXICO or a properties reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, flight cancellations or changes, strikes, labor disputes, lockouts, threats or acts of terrorism, acts of war or declared war, hurricanes or other weather conditions.
