The first time our family visited Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point), Mexico we fell in love with it. From the
white sandy beaches, breathtaking sunsets, sunrises, and great food, to the friendly atmosphere and people, we could hardly tear
ourselves away to head back home from our vacation.
Like many first time visitors to this tropical paradise we kept
going back again and again. After awhile we decided it would be
magnificent if we could somehow buy a condo or house, so when we
returned we would have our very own home-away-from home so to
speak.
Time passed and eventually we obtained our goal of owning a
condominium at The Sonoran Spa Resort in Rocky Point. Of course
all our friends and family members wanted to “check it out” and we
were excited to share it with them. Like us, they fell in love with
Puerto Penasco and asked if we wouldn’t mind if they could use our
condo. Soon we had friends, family, and friends of friends, calling wanting to rent our condo. It didn’t take us long
to figure out if we did this we would never be able to use it our
self and just hated telling people no.
